TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A Reservation Fee of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P30,000) is required to officially reserve the date, time and venue of a particular function and package. Venue is the function room/area where a particular function will be held. The use of the venue is good only for the duration of the time and specified in the contract. Any extension as to time requested by the CLIENT may be allowed, provided it does not disrupt any other party reservations scheduled, and excess hours charges be paid. Additional products, services and charges required outside the contracted package shall be charged accordingly based on published rates. This reservation fee shall be NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-CONSUMABLE and NON-CONVERTIBLE in cases of CANCELLATION. Other incidental charges shall be settled right after the function in form of cash or credit card.
